Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 7-day refund policy for our digital products, under fair and respectful conditions.

How it Works

If you are not satisfied with the sample pack, please reach out to us within 7 days of your purchase via email. Let us know what the issue is and why the product didn’t meet your expectations.

We’re more than happy to help resolve any technical issues or confusion about the product. If we can’t find a solution together, we’ll issue a full refund.

Conditions for Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • We ask that you provide a brief explanation of the reason for your refund. This helps us improve our work and offerings.
  • Refunds are limited to one per customer to prevent abuse of the system.
  • Because this is a digital product, refund requests made beyond the 7-day window cannot be accepted.

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after downloading the product.
  • You expected features not included in the product description.
  • You claim a refund but continue to use the product.
  • Your refund request is submitted more than 7 days after purchase.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name
  • The email you used for the purchase
  • The order confirmation number (if available)
  • A short explanation of your issue

We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days.
